• Every Ascension wheelchair lift uses 39% recycled steel in its construction.
• The Ascension lift promotes energy conservation for public and private facilities, consuming the same amount of energy during operation as a microwave oven or blow dryer. Please refer to the Electrical Requirements section in the Product Specifications for each Ascension model type.

• The Ascension Virtuoso Model Series is provided with a standard drive train warranty of 20 years, ensuring a long product life cycle and reducing the possibility of product obsolescence and eventual landfill waste.

Ascension also prevents landfill waste through a lift buyback program in which Ascension purchases used lifts from customers who no longer need the product. The lifts are then reconditioned and re-sold at a discounted price. This program reuses a valuable piece of equipment that otherwise may have been discarded, while allowing a greater number of people to gain accessibility.
